Accomodation

We have made special arrangements for accomodation both with Villa Hatt and a nearby hotel, Leonardo Boutique Hotel Rigihof. So, before booking a hotel yourself, you may want to consider our arrangements.

Registration Process»

Participation in this workshop is on an invitation-only basis. Participants will have to accept an E-Mail invitation via the e-COST system in order to receive a reimbursement of travel and accomodation expenses. If you have not received an e-COST invitation please contact the organizers.

Traveling to Zurich»

Zurich is among the most well-connected cities in Europe and travelling to Zurich is particularly easy via train or airplane. The Zurich airport (ZRH) is well-connected to the city either via train or tram.

The fastest way to get to the city is by taking an IR/IC or S train to Zurich main station (Zürich HB). The departure platforms can be found directly in the airport's arrivall hall, trains leave every few minutes around the clock. A one-way ticket is 3.30 CHF. Please note that the train is not only much cheaper, but also much faster compared to taking a cab.

Getting to Villa Hatt»

Once you are at the main station, Villa Hatt can be reached via the tram lines 9 and 10 or bus line 33. You have to get out at the stop "Seilbahn Rigiblick", from where you can take a funicular up to the stop "Rigiblick", which is four minutes away from Villa Hatt. An alternative is to take bus 39 and exit at the stop "Spyristeig", which is two minutes away from Villa Hatt.
